Dr. Mark Esposito is the founding CEO, current CSO and founder of Kayothera, a development stage biotechnology company developing 1st-in-class retinoid nuclear receptor antagonists for multiple diseases. Dr. Esposito received his B.A. from Middlebury College and his PhD from Princeton University in molecular biology. Dr. Esposito’s work has focused on identifying the fundamental biology that drives progression in cardiometabolic diseases and then applying Kayothera’s drug development expertise to design therapies with disease-modifying potential.
